It all starts with the blank stock, we make sure our designs are put onto high quality, well established products.
This way we know you you will be happy with your purchase.

All our hats have the designs embroidered directly to the products with coloured thread giving the product a much higher quality.
Since we’re applying backing material to our products, we need to carefully remove them after the embroidery process. This means we cut off the excess threads and use a professional heat gun to help the stitches stay in place. We do this to make the inside of the embroidered product presentable and smooth so that it doesn’t feel itchy.
