SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Crownd (“we”, “us”, “our”) via https://www.crownd.co.uk.


1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days

  • This includes order verification, production, quality checks, and packaging

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.


2. MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Many Crownd products are made to order.

This means:

  • Items are produced specifically for you after purchase

  • Processing times may vary depending on the product and demand

  • Made-to-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellations once production has begun

This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.


3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • European Union

  • Selected international destinations

Available shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout based on your location.


4. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Order size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown clearly before you complete your purchase.


5. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times begin after processing has been completed.

United Kingdom

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days

European Union

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

International

  • Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing, weather, or peak periods.


6. TRACKING INFORMATION

Where available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.


7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost

  • You are responsible for any customs charges imposed by your local authorities

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


8. INCORRECT OR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect address

  • An incomplete address

  • Failure to collect the parcel

You will be responsible for any reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.


9. LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at:

  • Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

  • If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, it will be covered at our expense


10. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer.

If you believe a delivery has been marked incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.
